The International Journal of Practical and Pedagogical Issues in English Education (IJPIE), published by Arad Institute of Higher Education, is an open-access, quarterly, double-blind, peer-reviewed journal. The journal received its license from the Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance on 03/12/1401 (22 February, 2023) with the license number 93658. IJPIE publishes Research Articles, Review Articles, and Book Reviews. The first issue of the first volume was published on 20 March 2023. Publication dates for IJPIE are March, June, September, and December.This journal operates without any processing, publication or any other fees.
The Owner and Publisher of this journal, Arad Institute of Higher Education, licensed by Iran's Ministry of Science, Research and Technology was established in 2017 in Urmia, West Azerbaijan, Iran. Arad offers multiple specific and academic courses (LSP/LAP) as well as research-based seminars in foreign languages particularly English. As Arad's research publication departement, IJPIE publishes national and international authors’ quality articles on various issues in English teaching and learning as well as contributions to English literature.
Open access policy
All articles published in this journal are fully open access: immediately freely available to read, download and share. This Open Access Publication meets the following two conditions:
A. All users are granted a free, international, permenant right of access to the work, as well as a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit, and publicly display the work, and to create and distribute derivative works in any digital format for any responsible purpose, while properly attributing authorship. Users also have the right to produce small numbers of printed copies for personal use.
B. A full form of the paper, including a copy of the consent specified above, and all supplementary materials will be deposited in an appropriate standard electronic format in one or more online repositories supported by the university, the academic community, immediately after publication. Government agencies and other established organizations seek to enable open access, unlimited distribution, collaboration and long-term archiving.
Copyright policy
Authors retain the copyright and grant IJPIE the right to publish, promote and distribute their work. The author(s), reserve the following rights:
1- All proprietary rights other than copyrights, such as patent rights.
2- The right to use this article partially or in full form, including tables and figures in their forthcoming works, as long as the appropriate acknowledgment is given to the Publisher as copyright holder.
3- The right to share their articles online in any institutional repositories or personal websites/profiles before the submission process or after its acceptance and publication. Authors are recommended to deposit their final published articles if shared before publication, though. This practice benefits authors to ensure higher accesiblility and visiblity of their research products as well as receiving more citations.

The articles published in this journal are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License whcih permits other authors to share the work with an appropriate acknowledgement, non-commercially and under the same license.
